Data Policy
At Mimori, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated personal information at any time.
1. How to Delete Your Account (In-App)
- Open the Mimori app
- Log in using your registered email address (you’ll receive a 6-digit one-time password)
- Go to your Profile screen
- Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon at the top right corner
- Select Delete Account
Once confirmed, your profile, matches, messages, and other personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems. This process cannot be undone.
2. If You No Longer Have Access to the App
If you cannot access your account or the app, you can request account deletion by email:
Send an email from your registered email address to: tenzin@mimori.space
Please include the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
We’ll verify your identity and process your deletion request within 7 business days.
3. What Happens After Deletion
- Your Mimori profile and all personal data will be removed permanently
- Any matches, messages, and discovery data will also be deleted
- You’ll no longer be able to recover your account or data
